SCREEN SH0CKER – Kelly Ripa & Mark Consuelos Say Goodbye After 37 Years – Unexpected Mishap Stuns Viewers!

Live with Kelly and Mark is finally moving to a new studio after 37 years at their current location – and not a moment too soon.
During Monday’s episode of the show, as hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos encouraged viewers to tune into their last show at the studio, a monitor fell off the camera.
What viewers saw was a shaky screen and two amused hosts laughing at the perfectly-timed mishap.
Both Kelly, 54, and Mark, 54, joked it was indeed time to relocate.
‘This studio is breaking down. The monitor just fell off the camera,’ Kelly said, laughing. ‘It’s time to go, everybody!’
Mark – who recently suffered a wardrobe malfunction on the show – added in a ghost-like hush, ‘Get out!’
The show is preparing to relocate to a new studio following 37 years at their current location
Following nearly four decades at 7 Lincoln Square, the Live With Kelly and Mark team are now moving to 7 Hudson Square, the home of Walt Disney Company’s new New York City headquarters.
The long-running program is one of the last ABC shows to finally make the move, according to People.
Not only did Kelly, her husband, and numerous other co-hosts grace the studio, but it was also home to the legendary Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, which debuted back in 1988.
The studio is of great sentimental value to Kelly and Mark, who rekindled their romance following an appearance on Regis and Kathie in promotion of All My Children in 1996.
The then-castmates had recently split up – but Mark realized Kelly was the one for him after seeing her on stage.
We both tried to get out of it, but we both ended up being here on this stage,’ Mark told People.
‘Obviously, seeing her it was like, ‘This is the worst decision of my life. I have to be with her forever,’ ” the actor added. ‘And I asked her to marry me and we flew to Vegas the next day.’
‘Isn’t that wild?’ Ripa chimed in. ‘So we owe a lot to this place. And it’s going to be hard to replicate
